- I live in Dallas. I'm a real estate investor in the multifamily housing industry (apartments). That means I buy small apartments in poor condition and try to turn them around through better management, maintenance, and improvements. I like going out on the town, having a delicious dinner at a happening restaurant, or kicking back at happy hour with a group of friends, or checking out live music from country, folk, texana to jazz and electronica. Or I can go hang in a park, where I will spread out an old blanket on a beautiful day and catch up on my reading. I'm a voracious reader, and I like to spend a lot of my time learning something new. If I ever meet the right people, I want to start a book club. I LOVE coffee Working out. Learning something new. Traveling. Going to Barnes and Noble and sipping coffee while browsing the books.
